About Me

Seshen: Yuri Murayama MA, RCST

I have been guiding individuals through somatic healing and embodiment practices for over 15 years, offering transformative support in both therapeutic and artistic fields. I deeply believe in the transformative power of a body-centered approach and the healing that arises when we engage with a heart-centered presence, grounded in compassion and attentiveness to the body’s wisdom.

Originally from Japan, I carry the wisdom of my ancestors into my practice, honoring the traditions of compassionate listening, reverence, and care for others. These values help me create a space where individuals can face their challenges with dignity and access their innate healing forces.

For individual therapeutic sessions, I offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Embodied Coaching & Healing, integrating somatic therapies to support trauma resolution, transform deep-seated relationship patterns, foster self-awareness, and restore emotional and physical balance. My goal is to help you move toward greater vitality, wholeness, and connection. I offer sessions both in-person and online to accommodate diverse needs and preferences.

In addition to individual sessions, I facilitate workshops and events that blend sound healing, movement, and embodiment practices, offering a holistic, expressive experience for deeper healing and connection.

My therapeutic and artistic practices continually inform and enrich one another, allowing me to deepen my ability to support you while nurturing my own growth. Having lived on multiple continents, I’ve had the privilege of studying with exceptional teachers and wisdom carriers. Their diverse practices and perspectives continue to inspire and shape the way I approach healing and transformation.

I am committed to my own growth and healing through mentorship and collaboration with skilled practitioners, as well as through my personal embodiment practices, including movement, voice work, and meditation. These practices inform my work, deepening my ability to support you while fostering my own journey of growth.
