The Well as a Sacred Gathering Place

In many cultures around the world, the well has long served as a central gathering place―a sacred hub where people came together to share stories, offer support, and connect deeply. While such spaces still exist in some communities, the sense of belonging they foster has often diminished in today’s fast-paced world.

A Space for Reconnection and Belonging

CommonWell is an intentional gathering inspired by these ancient practices, inviting us to return to the timeless essence of sharing and witnessing one another. This is a space to reconnect―with yourself, with others, and with the collective wisdom we all carry. Together, we create a safe, nurturing container where you can share your dreams, joys, challenges, and grief, held in the power of presence and mutual acknowledgment.

Structure of the Gatherings

Our gatherings follow a simple yet profound structure designed to uphold safety, integrity, and presence for all. Each session begins with a grounding meditation to center ourselves, followed by an open space for sharing and heartfelt witnessing. We conclude with a brief sound healing to support integration, renewal, and a sense of wholeness.

Transformation Through Presence and Sharing

The intention of this sacred time is to empower and support one another’s growth through genuine connection and heart-centered resonance. Here, you are invited to show up exactly as you are and extend that same invitation to others. In this simplicity of authentic connection, profound transformation often arises―what some may call healing, restoration, or a return to wholeness.

Join Us at CommonWell

Gatherings are held twice a month, offering you a regular opportunity to pause, connect, and replenish. Whether you come seeking community, support, or simply the space to breathe deeply and be, CommonWell is a place where the magic of connection unfolds.

Don’t hide your heart but reveal it, so that mine might be revealed, and I might accept what I am capable of. — Rumi

Our Intention For This Gathering

1. A Deep Sense of Belonging and Connection

In a world where isolation often prevails, this gathering recreates the timeless communal bond as our ancestors gathered. Participants will feel seen, heard, and embraced in a nurturing space.

2. Cultivate the Skills of Being Present and Attuned―the Art of Presencing

Participants develop the ability to truly attune to themselves and others through mindful listening and authentic sharing. This art of presencing deepens connections, nurtures greater self-awareness, and enhances the capacity to hold compassionate space for oneself and others. By embodying presence, participants learn to engage with life’s challenges and joys with greater clarity, empathy, and resilience, fostering transformation on both personal and collective levels.

3. Empowerment Through Sharing and Witnessing

By sharing their personal experiences―whether dreams, joys, challenges, or grief―and witnessing others do the same, attendees will be reminded of the shared human experience. This act of mutual acknowledgment fosters resilience and empowerment.

4. Support for Personal Growth

Through heart-centered witnessing and resonance, participants will receive the emotional and energetic support necessary to navigate their growth journeys. This safe and intentional space allows them to reflect, process, and transform.

5. Emotional and Energetic Renewal

The sound healing integration at the end of each session aids in releasing lingering tensions, grounding and integrating insights, and leaving participants with a sense of purification and renewal.

6. A Sacred Pause From Everyday Life

The structure of centering, sharing, and healing offers a reprieve from the busyness of life, creating a sanctuary where participants can slow down and simply be themselves.
