I warmly welcome women seeking to reconnect with their true essence, no matter their needs, intentions, or goals. Through body-centered therapeutic approaches—offered online or in my healing space—we work together to foster healing, growth, and transformation.

My work is to help you access the innate medicine within your mind, body, heart, and soul. Through deep, compassionate listening—choosing attuned connection over fixing—at a slow tempo and with spaciousness, unacknowledged parts of your story can find a place to be heard and integrated. Through this process, we reclaim our power, choice, and sense of wholeness.

I cultivate safety and gentleness so that all parts of you feel seen and welcomed. In each session, I draw upon the principles of Blueprint—the original pattern of health and wholeness present in every person, guiding the body’s natural healing processes. We allow your body’s intelligence and innate healing wisdom to take the lead. I value working side by side with clients, creating a collaborative space of mutual support as we explore pathways toward healing and wholeness.

In Embodied Healing & Coaching, I draw on highly effective somatic therapeutic modalities to support trauma resolution, emotional embodiment, and self-discovery. Rooted in neuroscience, attachment theory, and developmental psychology, these practices create pathways for deep healing and growth.

The session may include touch, movement, verbal inquiry, sensory experiences, and awareness practices to deeply explore the body’s wisdom. Together, we acknowledge and give voice to what has been buried beneath layers of trauma. By discovering empowered choices through the body’s experience, you build resilience and cultivate the capacity to meet life fully, with your whole self.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, fully clothed, hands-on practice designed to support your body’s natural healing processes. This deeply attuned approach works with your nervous system and fluid body systems to release stress and trauma, restoring a sense of balance, ease, and vitality. Healing unfolds organically at a fundamental level, creating outcomes that are reliable and sustainable.

In sessions, I often integrate Sound Healing, which synergizes beautifully with BCST. Together, these practices calm the nervous system and clear the “noise” within and around the physical body, bringing a sense of deep peace and clarity.
